-make the registration of the letters using the fileMaker Pro Advanced....
-Boss has  give me 47 of letters to faks to all department. The letters is about the programmed for "Bina Upaya" at Awana Kijal. then , I will make a call to those department to get feedback whether they will come or not to the programmed.

I have learn to keep in data with using the Web Publishing.Everyday there are a lot of letter that should do.
I am also do the checklist the name of the participant who are involved in the programmed before this.

follow the COURSES

Second week!


This week, I have followed one Session  or programmed that organized by SUK so it's mean that I have been one of the secretatariat for the course.  The PROGRAMMED is located at Gem Beach Resort, kuala terengganu. Hooray...i love travel....but the place is not far from the office.

One of the staff that  I  call him "kak Ang" have responsible to handle this programmed together with me.As i am new here, she always advices me and give me for guidance.

To go there,we are use the transport that have already serve for them . I am lucky because it is a luxury car that i have never take before....hehe..i feel like a rich women with  the driver. There,I will be the secretariat for the programmed that make sure the participant will get the best from the programmed objectives.


The participant is consist from the staff or people who are already work such as assistant administrator,account assistant and others. This programmed is call M.E.P.S (mental,emosi,personaliti & sikap) and the participant have pay attention to the facilitator that have been set already. I am also can get some information and take not from the programmed. I think it is the best programmed that should join it to improve our M.E.PS. I have been there for the last day programed. 

for this week, I have no really much job to do. This week is for me to travel or outing ...hehe.

My first week begin..

Monday
24 October 2011,

I have started my internship on Monday..at Pejabat Setiausha at Wisma Darul Iman, terengganu. EVERY DAY,, I START at 8.00am and finish at 5.oopm.(sunday-thursday) but on thursday,it just finish at 3.30pm. The office is at level 8, so everyday i had to come early because there many people who are waiting to use the lift. Here, there are use the punch card but in the fist week, i have no punch card yet. It is already in the process...

First day at here, I have to read the pledge in frOnt of my BOSS. Then, I have introduced to the all staff here.Honestly, the staff at here is very friendly and on the first day, one of the staff at here was expense me for lunch...hehehe. Thanks a lot!!!


Here, I am absorbed to SEKYEN LATIHAN, where this sekyen is responsible to manage the COURSES to the people who are already working. There are five seksyen for this department.

According to my BOSS, there are no specific job for me but I will handle and arrange some COURSES that will organized under this deparment (SUK). Besides that, I am also can help the other staff doing their job.

For this week, my job is record the data of the participant who are join the COURSE. There are 350 people who are join it.I am only work for 3days for this week because it is public holiday for DEEPAVALI..

That's all for my first week at office..hope next week,there are something that interesting to me..
